The best car buying experience ever! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my very first Jeep from Kevin and Clayt at Hennessee Auto! I pulled into the lot and started checking out their really impressive inventory. I honestly initially didn’t even intend on buying anything that day. Kevin greeted me and was very friendly. I told him I was just looking and I love how he respected that and just let me meander through the lot. Kevin’s no pressure approach really made me feel relaxed and at ease. I eventually locked eyes on this beautiful Jeep Wrangler. I asked Kevin what was the deal on it and he went to see what he could do. He came back with an extremely attractive offer. I said if you can get me approved we’ll talk. I then went inside the office and met the owner. Mr. Claude Hennessee. Clayt was super friendly and was happy that I was interested in buying a Jeep as he had owned one as well. By the time I got finished chatting with Clayt, Kevin had already done my application and got me approved! That was the fastest approval I’d ever gotten in my life! I was super surprised. In all my excitement I was ready to drive off the lot but I really appreciate Kevin taking the time to slow me down and offer me a test drive first. What amazing customer service. He wouldn’t let me buy it without making sure I loved how it drove. While I was away doing the test drive, Clayt was working on getting things ready for me in anticipation that I would love the ride. When I returned back, I let them both know I’ll take it. Because Clayt was proactive in getting the paperwork all together I was literally in and out in no time! Clayt had everything all ready for me to go. He was super thorough and had all of my paperwork organized nice and neat. He explained my financing, warranty and other helpful information. Kevin and Clayt really blew me away with their professionalism, kindness and absolutely exceptional customer service. I am beyond happy with my purchase and I HIGHLY recommend them for your next car purchase. I will definitely be back!
