Now for the Nitty Gritty of the deal... On my 1st visit - I came in from upstate NY and ran late. Eric waited after hours to service my family. My mother and sister are very hard negotiators. Eric worked diligently to make this deal happen. Even when it appeared that things fell apart and the deal would not happen, Eric was willing to revisit negotiations at a later time. He was professional, courteous and offered multiple possible solutions. Two days later we worked out deal that both parties left the table happy. 2nd visit Eric processed my paperwork and made me the proud owner of the vehicle of my choice in record time (under an hour).
