2018 Jeep Compass Trailhawk 4X4

I want to thank Rohrich Toyota for an awesome buying experience when getting my Toyota GR86. Tyler was the name of the sales associate who helped me through a large part of the process. Initially, I had been hesitant if it was actually worth going through and getting a new car. But when you guys got the vehicle in, Tyler was kind enough to get in touch with me and let me know, so I decided I'd come in and check it out. He went out with me so we could take a look at it, and as it turned out after seeing the car and getting behind the wheel, I fell in love with it and knew it was the car for me after all. So we went back inside to begin the purchase process. I really am impressed with the aptitude and efficiency of this place. I did not think that, for one reason or another, I'd be able to actually drive home with the car that same day, but they were able to take care of everything smoothly.. credit check, loan transfer, trade-in, insurance, and all. Amy from the back room assisted towards the end with finalizing everything and giving me thoughtful and valuable feedback. Her and Tyler were both friendly, capable, through and able to answer all my questions. Thanks to them and Rohrich for making my experience everything I could have imagined it to be. It's not hard for me to understand why Toyota has the reputation it does around the globe.

We were scheduled for an oil change....when we got there we were sent to their over flow service garage. Which was Rohrich Honda, it was just right down the road. It was a little more laid back. Offered us cookies and coffee while we waited. The man took the time to come out and inform us about our tires. They washed and brought the car right to the door when it was done. Great service! No complaints ????
