2020 Jeep Compass Trailhawk 4X4

I purchased 2 vehicles from Bob Moore Subaru this month and I will start by saying it was the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. It started with a knowledgeable and informative salesperson Zach Rushing. He knew his product wasn’t pushy and treated me and my wife with great respect. In other words processes we had the pleasure of dealing with Dylan West as the manager who worked both deals. He was awesome, willing to I listen to our needs and concerns and made us feel at home. We then had the privilege of working with Gretchen in finance and she worked hard to make sure we finished the deal with the best possible results and was very knowledgeable and informative about all options without being pushy or overbearing. We meet a lot of the other staff while up there two weekends in a row and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this staff!! I will definitely be back when it’s time for another vehicle!!! Thank you for a great experience!!!

I would rate yall 100 stars if I could. Aaron was so professional from the first call to follow up after purchasing. If I had to point out my favorite part of the purchase experience at bob moore I would say without a doubt no run around old school dealership do. You give the price the details and don’t try for that extra penny!

I bought my Subaru in November, and Zach did a great job at keeping me up to date on the arrivals on my car, I like my Subaru Forester so so much!!
