My experience with Napleton Nissan has been exceptional! I had the pleasure of working with my salesman Mazin and Finance Manager Shannon Ray. In 2022, after being involved in an accident, I came to this dealership for help and met this dynamic team. I received a 2019 Nissan Sentra (with a co-signer and gap insurance) and drove it for only six months before another accident occurred. I returned to Napleton Nissan and, within a few months, was driving a 2022 Nissan Altima (no co-signer, with gap insurance). In April, I was involved in yet another accident and recently received a 2023 Nissan Altima (no co-signer, with gap insurance) from them. Each time I reached out to Mazin and Shannon, they listened to me, ensured I was okay and healing, and then worked hard to get results. Shannon consistently provided encouragement and education during my tough times, which was incredibly uplifting. Moving forward, no matter which dealer I use, I plan to always obtain gap insurance. The small sacrifice of paying a bit more has always saved me in the end. I’m so grateful to have built a relationship of trust with this amazing team and truly appreciate the help and guidance they have given me. Gabe helped in the end, i appreciate his consistency, and willingness to help. I will be pulling up for a wash up! Oh and S/o to Cowboy- Mr. Don, for his help too. Got to really sit and ask him about his hat and understand that when you know who you are! You know who you are ???????????..no absolutely no one can change it. Damon, Dave and Shannon are the dream team! This is my third purchase from Damon and he never lets me down. I always feel he has my best interest in mind and works hard to get me the deal I want. Shannon was quick, helpful and knowledgeable! I could tell she takes pride in what she does for her customers. As always, Dave was great work with. Very impressed with the showroom and offices!

I had a wonderful experience this weekend with the entire staff at Napleton. Mark and Gabe were extremely helpful in getting me into my new vehicle, showing me the updated features from my previous Pathfinder. Gabe and Mark answered every question I had and were very helpful in getting items off my old vehicle and onto the new one, way above on customer service, and beyond what they needed to do. When I entered the building the entire staff greeted me, by name and Dave got a problem fixed for me, that I’m very grateful for. The establishment is very nice and convenient and closer than where my previous Nissan came from. Very much looking forward to the relationship we have started and will have over the next few years with my lease.
