2017 Jeep Compass Trailhawk 4X4

Purchased used 2016 Corvette on 8/7/24. I am from out of state and my salesman Hayden picked me up at the airport which was a nice touch. Hayden was very knowledgeable and the car was exactly as he said it would be. Car was fully detailed and had a full tank of gas, something not all dealerships do anymore.

Overall good experience and will come back. Reasons for not giving a 5 star include the fact that the dash panel wasn’t reassembled correctly the first time. It’s always a little frustrating when a job isn’t done right the first time - makes you wonder what other items were missed that you can’t see. Also, it was disappointing that GM wouldn’t help to cover the cost to replace the clear shield (rock chip guard) that had to be removed in order to repaint a front bumper that needed repainted because the factory didn’t assemble the front bumper and headlight assembly properly from the factory. I didn’t get the impression my service advisor advocated for me when it came to the clear shield. Other than that my service advisor was terrific and did a great job of keeping in touch regarding my repairs. I would ultimately recommend HH Chevrolet Omaha for service.
