From the owner Bob Rinaldi and Sales Manager Johnathan they always treat you with courtesy and respect and know you on a first name basis. They are the best. The service department takes care of any request or repairs the first time. There is never an issue. They schedule you on your time frame and finish the repairs or service in a timely manner. Bought a really well kept 2023 Suburban RST today and it was a great experience. My salesperson, Taylor, was great to work with. She was very professional, pleasant, and just a real person. Not "salesy" at all. Even the finance manager, Kevin, was a pleasure to work with. He got me a slightly lower rate than even my credit union was able to offer. Overall it was a smooth and great buying experience and I'd definitely recommend Taylor and R&R if you're looking for a new or used Chevy vehicle.
