My vehicle is always ready when they say it will be. Reliable service and quality work. A big relief after a terrible experience with another local Ford dealer. They don’t talk differently to me as a woman or assume that I don’t have a clue about my own vehicle. Communication is great and I’m always kept up to date with what’s going on and estimates before any additional work is done. They’ve even worked well with a third party extended warranty I had and made it a smooth process for me. Danielle is great and goes out of her way to help us out and make sure everything we need is taken care of.
I really like the legacy XT Touring that Nick the salesman ordered for me it took a couple of months to arrive and when it did Nick went through some of the main features and I was updating from a 2004 so there is a lot of new technology and I am still learning new features ,there were a couple of things wrong from the factory nothing mechanical the windshield had a scratch on the bottom passenger side and the rear door moldings needed to be replaced but the service manager Sid and Nathan from Subaru headquarters coordinated everything and replaced the windshield and moldings and the car looks great and runs great. I appreciate everyone’s help and service Thank You Mark Richardson
