During my visit, I had the opportunity to test drive both the GV70 and GV80, and I was blown away by their performance and features. After having a miserable ordeal with another car dealer earlier in the day, my daughter and I went to Genesis of Lindon to look at a used car we saw online in their inventory. We live about two hours from Lindon. We had never been to Genesis before. Upon arrival, we were welcomed at the front door. The showroom was immaculate and Genesis employees were kind and welcoming. We were immediately introduced to Brandon Woolsten. Brandon was genuinely friendly and helpful from the start. He got us keys and quickly took us to the vehicle. He invited us to stop back into his office to see him after the test drive if we had questions. No pressure. The car was AWESOME! After the drive we wanted to meet with Brandon to discuss Genesis’ purchase process. Brandon was knowledgeable and honest about what we should expect. I was especially impressed with the time Brandon took to explain the process to my daughter, answer her questions, and offer her solid advice as a first-time buyer. There was no “rush” feeling and Brandon made sure we were confident in our decision to purchase. He really made us feel like our satisfaction was Genesis’ priority. I was pleased that we worked with one Genesis employee from start to finish. There was no bait and switch like we had experienced with the other dealership earlier in the day. Brandon was with us for the test drive, car details, purchase paperwork, and departure. Brandon made sure the car looked immaculate and even had a big, red bow put on it. My daughter was elated. She still has a big smile her face days after. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Genesis of Lindon. We will check their inventory for certain as we consider future car purchases.

This was the best dealership I have been to!! Brandon and the rest of the crew were very nice and friendly. Brandon made sure to stay in touch keeping me informed of all the details needed along the way while also not pressuring or rushing me. He was super flexible and did his best to work around my schedule along with taking into accountability all of my financial wants and did his best work to find just the right car at the right price point! All together this dealership is well put together and the employees are all very friendly and make sure you are well kept!! I would most definitely recommend them (plus the cars look beautiful and they drive phenomenally) !!!
