Relaxed experience. No pressure from the sales staff to make decisions faster than what I was comfortable doing. Finance group was very informative when going through the final paperwork. All the staff I interacted with were very kind, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. I’d very much like to work with them again when the time comes.
