Craig was extremely nice! I went to the Taylors location trying to get a car and they complained of having computer issues so couldn't do anything. Everyone just looked as if they were ready to go home so declined any business coming their way. Over the next couple of days I decided to try Family Auto on Stone Avenue. Should have made that decision first! Craig helped me get into the car that I have been wanting and didn't try to convince to to settle for anything less! Process was quick and easy. I went to Family Auto to help a friend find a car, they were able to accommodate her needs, she drove away in a nice low mileage car!! Haven & John, really the entire office staff was extremely friendly and helpful . Haven was very helpful to see us all the way through. We loved her!
