I bought a newTiguan yesterday, 3/29/24. The process was easy and actually my best car buying experience so far. I did not feel any pressure to buy. I got a great deal. I treated a car and they matched what Car Max offered. The sales rep, Santa Ramirez, was awesome. She really went the extra mile. Rocky, from finance, was as well excellent. I guess when you wake up the next morning after buying a car and you still feel good about the deal, that’s when it’s worth it to write a good review.
Made an appointment @ SB VW for Saturday 11:20am on Friday 5:00pm. Came in 10min early, talked to Alejandro from Service. He explained to me why it would take about 2-3 hours. Technician was able to check and diagnose the issue with in time frame.
