2017 Jeep Compass Trailhawk 4WD

We broke down at 6:00 p.m. on a Wednesday night on our vacation from Idaho to the coast and Tyler orth helped us get our vehicle to the lot. Issac LaFrenz took us to our hotel and picked us up the next day. We ended up buying a new vehicle as ours wasn't worth fixing.The Care and concern of these two was unbelievable they went well above and beyond to assure we got back on the road. We have never had such a wonderful experience at purchasing a vehicle as we did at Underriner. I would drive the 320 miles to purchase another vehicle again and I will tell anyone and everyone to do the same. Tyler and Isaac are exceptional individuals you can trust!!

I was honestly blown away by the experience I had working with Underriner Ford. Every member of the team was incredibly patient and customer-oriented, despite my indecision and pickiness throughout the process of purchasing a new 2023 F-150 Lightning. My final request was downright unreasonable, and they went way beyond my expectations to cheerfully deliver exactly what I asked for. I primarily worked with Cody, who was awesome - responsive, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would absolutely purchase future vehicles from Underriner, and I highly recommend them.

Well, let me start by saying I bought a used truck from a shade tree dealer in Beaverton and really got the sense that the extended warranty they offered was gonna be needed sooner rather than later. As it would turn out, it was needed much sooner than I thought when my engine blew up about 2 months after buying my truck. Rather than sending it back to that same dealer to work on it I decided to pay for the tow out here to The Dalles, where I live, and get it dropped off at Underiner Ford instead. Let me say that I am so glad I did! Sid was my service advisor and even though there were several hurdles to overcome with the warranty company and supply chain issues(UAW strikes delaying the engine) I finally got my truck back 2 weeks ago with a BRAND NEW engine directly from Ford! And the warranty covered the entire engine replacement! And Sid helped me out with a loaner vehicle even though they didn't have to! It has been running like a dream ever since and now I can move on to the rest of the cosmetic repairs it needs! Thanks Sid!
