2019 Jeep Compass Trailhawk 4X4

I walked into Bill Cole ford knowing what I wanted from their lot (found the truck I wanted on line). As I was walking in I thought, they will try to take me because I am a woman. I met Bebo the salesman. I knew what I wanted to pay for the truck on the lot and it wasn’t what was listed on the truck.? I knew what I wanted for my trade in (which was above my pay off ??). I thought we will go back and forth as it goes at a dealership ?. But we didn’t!!! I looked at the truck I wanted (didn’t even test drive it). Went to the office and was handed an offer from Bebo. Let me tell you what the offer was ABOVE what I hoped for. It was such a great offer that I didn’t decline!!! Now you’re thinking she’s a woman who got ripped off and didn’t know it?. Nope, I like MY money!!! I got the truck I wanted for $$$$$ under book value and the deal would also pay my trade in off with $$$$ in my pocket (that I put toward the new truck????? Great place to do business!!!! ?? THANK YOU BEBO!! AND THE BILL COLE FORD TEAM!!!!!! For making my first solo purchase a GREAT HASSLE FREE EXPERIENCE!!! I have driven my truck a few days now and I LOVE it!!!!!!

I got an event letter in the mail so decided to take a look. I got a call from Bebo later that day and decided to make an appt, not even expecting to purchase anything tbh. l just went to see what they had and with my credit, not gonna lie, didn't expect much lol. Bebo found me a 2024 Jeep that was within my budget and before I knew it, I purchased a car lol. But for real, Bebo and all the guys were super nice and so sweet. I will ALWAYS work with Bebo as long as he works there. He was funny and personable and understanding and just went above and beyond. Im so glad he called me and I went down there. I wouldn't have wanted to purchase from anyone else. I was there for almost 5 hours, and honestly only felt like 2 bc had so much fun talking to Bebo and everyone else. Im not saying the other guys aren't good bc one younger guy even gave me one of his personal Mt. Dew's, but definitely recommend Bebo if want someone down to earth, personable, and honest!!!! Not one time did I feel persuaded or anything. Very very good experience! ALSO, I did not feel taken advantage of in any way bc I'm a woman bc a lot of places will and they do sadly. I did not feel like me being woman affected anything either and that's a HUGE win for me as well! We came across a few minor hiccups bc stupid Bank limits and stuff, and they worked around the small issues and made it work and was very shocked they did the things they did to ensure I could go home with that Jeep that day. Ty so much Bebo, you were awesome and will never forget this experience bc my 1st purchase at a dealership (and car payment) in over 20 yrs ??

This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased this year from Bill Cole , and both times I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jesse. He has truly gone above and beyond anything I could have asked for. You honestly couldn’t ask for a nicer, more genuine person to deal with. From start to finish, he made the entire process easy, smooth, and comfortable—no pressure, no stress, just great service.
