2018 Jeep Compass Trailhawk 4X4

Everyone there was so helpful and great to deal with. I drove an hour to get there because they had the exact configuration I wanted and they were able to get everything done in one trip. Everyone was great but Anna really made it the best experience! Had to include a picture of my dog ??

I have nothing but nice things to say about this dealership. We purchased our van there in 2019 and the purchase process was a breeze. They were fair, honest, and accommodating. Recently our hood was having some corrosion issues and of course we learned it was just weeks past the warranty expiration. Jared in the body shop called the warranty people and vouched for me as being a loyal customer, which helped us get some assistance toward the cost of a new hood. We were able to get the van into the body shop quickly and the work done was excellent. They even touched up a chip on the front fender at no charge which was very kind. The corrosion experience was unfortunate but they did their best to help make it right and we will definitely be repeat customers!

Rob was really great! I called on a Monday, he had me in by Wednesday, and my vehicle was repaired by Thursday morning. Very polite, professional, and fast. He had a clear idea of what was going on with my van and the likely timeline for repair, and Cortese responded to my calls very quickly. Mark was great, too! Everything was covered under my Chrysler warranty. I'm so pleased with every aspect of the Cortese experience. Thank you!
