2018 Jeep Compass Trailhawk 4X4

I was shopping for a car for about 3 weeks, and having the worst anxiety and dealer hoopla as a single mom going to dealers alone. I found Gojo Auto and Angel made everything a complete and total breeze. The owner Amanda went out of her way to help, along with playing with my daughter keeping her entertained during paperwork process. Which having a 2 year old all over your office and being totally cool and interacting was almost better than leaving with the SUV I came for on the same day! Angel made sure I stayed completely stress free and worked through everything with me step by step till I understood everything. This was the first time I felt like I wasn't getting scammed into a heap of junk I'm fixing in a month. Absolutely love Gojo Auto, Amanda, Angel my vehicle and everyone else who made this process so simple really. Only shopping here in the future!

She had EXCELLENT customer service, she was so helpful...after just having a horrible experience at a different car lot, I found this place online and looking through the inventory, there were a number of cars that I thought were very nice, (and nice for the price). So leaving the dealership that was not so pleasant, I came here (thinking it was already closed) just to check their cars out in person. Bri came out and wad super helpful, and gave me all the information I asked from her. I learned I got there ten minutes before close, but she was more then willing to stay late and help get me the car I wanted....upon finding out the vehicle I wanted was a bit more then I planned on spending, she then showed me a couple other very nice cars that were exactly what I wanted to spend. When I expressed to her that the secondary choice cars were nice, but after test driving the one I REALLY liked I didn't want to settle for anything else. She helped brainstorm some ideas and made it happen for me! I got the EXACT car I wanted all thanks to Bri!! She was amazing during the entire car buying process. She listened to my thoughts and concerns and went above and beyond to help Me, instead of pushing towards another vehicle just to make a sale. Never once did she seem impatient to get out of there, as she stayed 3.5hrs past close working with me, to be sure I left in the car I wanted most! I would most definitely recommend this dealership, and if Bri is available to be the one to help you out, you should most definitely go with her to help you along your car buying journey.
