Mike Worden was very easy going, patient and helpful. The management team also helped me with my trade. We even talked numbers/budget before the credit application was even started! It was very stress free experience!

Working with the Lupient team was refreshingly pleasant as dealerships go. Eddie M. my sales representatives was great to work with, and Jamie the manager gave me a fair price for my trade. There was a small misunderstanding when it came to the finance percentage, mostly on my side of things, Jamie and the finance manager figured out a solution that was fair and equitable. Of all of the dealerships I have work with over the years, they have been the best to work with.

Definitely 5 Stars to Rocco for making this car buying experience a pleasure. I had a couple of personal situations that caused some minor delays. But him and Mike were able to get me through it with a nice monthly payment amount. They also provided great customer service and communication. Keep up the great job fellas!
