The whole process was pretty simple and painless. Everyone from my salesman (Doug) to the sales manager (Scott) were transparent with pricing and payments. The sales manager Scott went above and beyond to get me to price I was comfortable with paying and got me to the payments I needed to be at. Vicki in finance was friendly to work with, straight forward and gave me my options and didn’t over sale anything other than what I wanted. Excellent service department! Our appointment was on time. The Service Manager explained everything that was done very clearly. He even shook our hands. Total professional. And our car was washed before it was returned to us. Our next appointment is already scheduled for 6 months from now. We highly recommend Laurel Toyota.
