2025 Jeep Compass Trailhawk 4X4

I am now on my second car that I have bought from Ford of West Memphis! And it's still in the family.. my daughter drives it now! I have been using this dealership for about 6-7 years now. From buying , trading, using the service department to finally a year ago bought my brand new Ford S/T Line !! It was on showroom floor.. I'd look at something and always went back to this Ford Edge S-T .... I finally bought it! Connie Dale ( my salesperson.. whom I've know forever) I walked in that door knowing I was going to her! She worked really hard for me to get that car and everything has worked out perfect!! Also the service department is the greatest!! I've been using Ford of West Memphis for 6-7 years now. Throughout the years I have been treated very kindly and if something was ever wrong they would tell me so I could get it fixed if not covered by warranty. Mike Garcia is the service manager of the service department. He goes OVER and ABOVE to make sure that any customer gets their work done in ample time. He also explains any problem that he may foresee or that needs it now! Also shout out to Danielle at the front she always on top of her cars getting in and out! Great personality! I cannot say enough about Randy and the Ford of West Memphis body shop. There were a few bumps while my car was in the shop and when it was apparent it would be in longer than expected, Randy arranged a rental car at no charge to me. He stayed in communication with me regarding my car repairs and made sure that not only was the job done, but that it was done right. I appreciate his passion for what he does and it shows in his attitude and attention to detail AND his responsiveness to his customers.
