AutoNation Nissan was my second experience with an AutoNation dealership. We had a good experience buying a Jeep from the AutoNation in Henderson so we gave the Nissan dealership on Sahara a try. It had the best price in town for a brand new Sentra. Brandon Yanez, the online sales associate, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I give Brandon five stars for his service. I dropped one star from the dealership because 1) it took over three hours to complete the purchase once we'd decided on everything and 2) the finance guy, Jenzel, tried too hard to sell me on extras like warranties and service contracts. I had to refuse four times, the last quite emphatically, before he would generate the paperwork to complete the purchase. The finance person in Henderson accepted my first rejection back in 2021 when buying my Jeep. She zipped through the process but she was older and more experienced. Jenzel was young and very eager so I don't blame him for trying. Still, it was after 10:00pm by the time we were done. Despite these minor challenges, I'd recommend AutoNation as a good place to buy vehicles, much better than United Nissan. Avoid them!
