2025 Jeep Compass Trailhawk 4X4

These guys really helped me out in the jam. I was out of town and got a flat tire, and was also in a bit of a hurry. I ended up having to have the tire replaced and they had me in and out within an hour. The staff is super friendly, and very professional. I would definitely recommend their service department in the future to anyone.

I was visiting from Chicago and on the way down my right rear wheel speed sensor failed. I found this out in Northern Mississippi, but that dealership said I’d be ok to keep going, and that they would not be able to fit me in. I got to New Orleans, brought the car to Bergeron, they said they might not be able to get to it that day. I explained I was in town for 5 days and I was told no problem. I asked if I could somehow get back into the city and they offered me a shuttle ride. Every dealership should have an ambassador like Mr. Don, the driver. He gave myself and two other people a ride, and on the way I said I would get a cab back to the dealership, but he said just let the dealership know I’d like a pick up. Sure enough he picked me up, and brought me back to the dealership. The car performed perfectly all the way back home. Thank you to the Bergeron team!! I cannot recommend them enough.

My family has purchased a few cars from here over the years. So far they have been the most trustworthy and welcoming car business we have dealt with. Only issue is they need a fancier coffee machine
