2025 Jeep Compass Trailhawk 4X4

My Ram had a multiple issues. I Took it in for service and was assured they would get it taken care of quickly. Gavin went absolutely above and beyond and made me feel appreciated and taken care of. They set me up with transportation first. Unfortunately, there were still issues that were uncovered after pick up and I had to return with my truck for a second time. I have a busy schedule and my own businesses and when no one was available to drive me to my place of business which was close by Gavin chose to take me personally. These people know what customer service is. Snethkamp is bar none the best around. Service center is clean and organized and they have a staff that is something special. Great Job and thank you for making my issues a priority. If people ran a business like Gavin and the team do success would be inevitable.

Very helpful. Only glitch was that it took two days for them to reach our extended warranty company. Then everything was fine and the repair bill was covered. Great service and friendly.
