Excellent experience Jacob Jasso was patient and understanding, even after I disappeared from him. I had an emergency and left without telling him lol. He thought I backed out which is understandable. But yet he reached out and I texted him that I was busy. The next day Gracie called me and I was still not feeling 100%. Soon after I reached out to Jacob and went in to finalize my paperwork:) He didn’t treat me differently and remained professional but was sympathetic. Can’t forget to mention that their service department staff are very helpful and they get the job done! Thank you Sir!
