Mike K made me feel very comfortable as he showed me the Terrain Denali. He was very knowledgeable of the features the vehicle was equipped with. He helped adjust the seats and mirrors and talked about the push and pull switches to change gears and start and stop before we took a test drive. He didn’t make me feel pressured on the decision to buy the vehicle. He showed the vehicle to me on the computer as it was already ordered for your showroom. The car was a beautiful blue the interior in the two tone made it stand out. I never felt rushed as I looked at the vehicle before we sat to make the deal. I would recommend him to anyone as he was so good to work with. Thanks Mike for helping me purchase the best looking car on the lot and for keeping me updated on its assembly and transport. Bought my car with Ken Garff Buick GMC in 2019. I bought a used vehicle which I'd imagine was a trade-in. I'd say that I'm largely very satisfied with the purchase to-date. I'm listing the review with 4-stars due to the reliability my particular car has had. It was not a Buick/GMC but I feel they accurately described it's condition. I've removed 1-start because at purchase they included products which I specifically didn't ask for such as a warranty. I had to ask for it to be removed once or twice before walking with the car.

Hello Joey, thank you for getting back to me. I would like to retract my previous comment, I was having a bad day and the guy ( sorry I didn’t get his name) was just doing his job. The fact that my day wasn’t going well I took it out on him, and for that I apologized to him the next day. Please make sure that he knows. I should know better and will do better in the future to control my emotions, and taking it out on those who didn’t have anything to do with my frustrations. The gentlemen was very kind when I went back the next day and exceeded my expectations.
