It was nice experience. While we were told we could get the car we wanted in the color we wanted. They tried, and not being successful, offered the same car on the lot with a discount. We are happy initially with the car and purchase. The finance could of gone faster but it was a Sunday and lots of closed deals ahead of us.

We were really pleased with our experience working with Team Kia in Bend. We traveled all the way from Tacoma to buy our car from them. They had the car we wanted, were very friendly, and unlike dealers closer to us, they were fair and reasonable in the negotiation process and also helped us find the best financing option. I strongly recommend them.
