I purchased a 2024 F-250 in mid-June from Jordan by telephone/text messaging. I never went to the dealership. They delivered the truck to me after the purchase was finalized. I drove the truck two weeks and had a warranty issue. I contacted Jordan to let him know the issue I was having with the truck. He had a new loaner truck delivered to my house (2 hours away) and took my truck back to the dealership for repairs. The service department (Kristin) kept me well informed of the progression of the repair. The service technicians completed the repairs quickly and professionally.
