This was the easiest, most successful car buying experience I have EVER had. I confess, I've bought my fair share of cars and have had good experiences, but an AMAZING experience is not a way I thought I'd be describing buying a car. My best friend has been a loyal Mazda owner for 14 years and has been going to this dealership almost as long. When it came time for her to buy a car, she came here for the CX-50 Preferred and spoke with Mo. She told me about her amazing experience, and after riding in her car, I became a Mazda convert (finally if you ask her!) I found what I was looking for at another dealership, but it wasn't the color I wanted. When it comes down to the cost of a car, and a new one at that, settling is not something I'm comfortable with. So I checked here and saw they had it - Jet black mica CX-50 Preferred Hybrid with black interior. That was it! That was the ONE! So, I shot my shot with Mo and asked if he'd meet the price of this other dealership so I could get the car I truly wanted, and BOY DID HE. He actually got a little BELOW asking! He was genuinely such a pleasure - At no point did I feel pressured, or like I wasn't being told everything. When I said no to an add-on, he said "Okay!" and marked it off. No hassle. He even got me a good trade-in value towards my new car! Then I went and met Suli in financing! He was a pleasure as well and was super respectful of the time crunch we found ourselves in (had to pick up my puppy from the vet). He definitely wanted me to leave with the VSC add-on and asked many times, but ultimately I decided to do it when he discounted heavily and my cost was still within budget. Ultimately, this was a great experience and I got to leave with a car I absolutely love driving. Vincenzo even made it a point to come out after everything was all said and done to make sure everything was okay and I was happy!
