2025 Jeep Compass Trailhawk 4WD

I was looking to trade in my 2018 jeep compass for something bigger and newer. Before I went I wanted to know an estimated trade in value for my car- Aaron the manager for purchasing made that step easy from the start. Daniel the salesmen followed up and was able to give me estimates of monthly payments and let me know what vehicles to look for. Joe the tech guy that set up my Apple car play and showed me about my new 2024 grande Cherokee was amazing and answered all my questions! I can’t remember the finance guys name but they were both great and got me in the monthly payment I wanted! When I went in my time there was easy and I never felt pressured. I was recently in the market for a new car, with my prior lease coming to an end I needed to make a decision fairly quickly! Thankfully, I was contacted by Dominic! He asked questions about the vehicles I was interested in, price range, color, timeline for getting into a new vehicle, etc. After setting an appointment, when I arrived he had the vehicle I was most interested in already pulled out front for me, with doors open for viewing! After viewing the first vehicle I decided I didn’t love it as much as I thought I would. Dominic took me around the entire lot showing me multiple cars (I’d also like to mention that I was shopping with a toddler ????) Reluctantly, I trusted his judgement based on all of our prior conversations about my wants & needs! After a little looking around, I found the PERFECT car for my daughter and I! Dominic was at the time also working with another customer, but my daughter and I were still a top priority to him and were never left waiting! We went on the test drive where he showed me how to use all of the features in the car, connecting my devices, setting driver seat memory, and finally getting me signed into the app to control the car from my phone! After leaving with my new car, I received a call about a week later to make sure I was indeed still in love with my car (which I am!!!!!)
