After a short time of making a decision, I decided to purchase a vehicle and met with Sergio. Sergio was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had about my extended warranty and service plan. He introduced me to Randy one of the service advisors. He was able to answer a few of my questions about the service department and insured me that I would be taken care of. This is the first time I've ever purchased a Ford, and if this is the type of standard that the sales with the service department is held to. I will be buying a Ford for the rest of my life.
I’m very happy with the service I received and the way I was treated during the sales and finance process. They did not pressure me in anyway and were very accommodating.
