2025 Jeep Compass Trailhawk 4X4

I am from the Dallas area and found the truck I was looking for at this dealership. I contacted them and began dealing with Amber. She was extremely helpful. She was able to give me a good price for my trade in before I even drove down there. I drove down there on a Monday morning and planning to drive back to Dallas the same day. She was able to have the truck ready to go and all paperwork waiting on me when I got there. I was in and out including going through finance in about an hour. I was very impressed with the professionalism and no pressure sales/finance personnel at this dealership. Amber even helped me with some of the infotainment issues I was having a couple of days after I got home.

We went in looking for a Chevy Trax and no one e around had one we liked. We looked around and I saw MY SUV! Issac Herrera was amazing while making our decision. He wasn’t pushy and very helpful. He made sure we were happy with everything and quick to make sure a part we needed fixed was taken care of. Thank you to everyone at Automation Chevy, but especially Issac. I will absolutely recommend him to everyone!

Luis was fantastic and provided wonderful customer service. He made it easy to drop my car off and contacted me every step of the way with the process. I asked for them to check if other oils needed to be changed besides the transmission and he was great at communicating what was found. He even was kind to make sure the car was washed before I left with it. I would recommend anyone having him help them. As a single mom having someone make car issues run smoother I'm thankful for them.
