2025 Jeep Compass Trailhawk 4X4

Bought my car from Rob via the Internet. Both Rob and Ed worked to get me the car I wanted at the price I needed. Because I live 180 miles away Rob agreed to meet me in Austin for delivery. When he arrived Mr Asa took the car for a wash and topped off the tank no charge. The follow up, communication, and customer service is awesome. Great people!

In all honesty, I didn't have the best experience at first with this dealership, though it was purely honest coincident. I went back to the dealer twice with issues. The second time they let me talk to the mechanic, with the car on the lift, and figure out what was causing my issues. Although I still have some unanswered questions and some conflicting evidence of mechanical work. I think these guys are about as honest as they come. Just be a forward as possible and they will work with you on it. I left a 4 star because I did have to bring it back at least once.

We had the oil changed- brought a book along to keep myself busy and hardly got 'started and the oil change was completed! Nice job-finished in "jig" time and well done. All people I interacted with were pleasant, courteous, and efficient. Thank you!
