This was by far the MOST AMAZING experience I have had in a long time. This dealership went above and beyond my expectations. I called over to the dealership Saturday and Cyrus picked up the phone and we clicked instantly; i told him I wanted an EV and he called me back within hours and gave me a great deal and we finalized it within 2 days. Not only did he advocate for me he never tried to get over on me like most sales people. Cyrus worked with Matt and Chris to secure my deal as well as several packages for my EV. Juan Urena did an excellent job as a sales person! He was very prompt in returning questions on my inquiry of a vehicle. This young lad was very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond when it came to the sales process. He did not try to pressure me into anything and was very attentive in listening to what I was looking for and asking for during the negotiation process. When all said and done, he did everything he could for me plus some and has even kept in touch with me about getting me some products ordered for my new truck. Juan also introduced me to Roger, the sales manager and ensured they would make my buying process seemless and as quick as possible. Rodney in finance was also amazing! He was no pressure and also went out of his way to make sure my needs were met. Rodney was considerate and understanding when accepting/declining products that he was offering.
