Danyelle is the best. Clear communication, and understood the assignment. Took us a while to decide what exactly we wanted to drive and purchase. I went to Harr Toyota last year and it was an absolutely awful experience; rude staff, low trade in offer, and way overpriced. I was hesitant to give their sister company, Harr Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge, a shot but I'm so glad I did! I worked with Luis and Adrian and they were phenomenal!! I had quite a few questions and they answered them completely and honestly every time. They didn't push me and weren't aggressive. I didn't end up purchasing, but if I ever need another car, I feel completely confident that they will take care of me. 5 stars!!
