It was very easy. I done most of the process online. Then I went there and test drove 2 cars. Told her which car I wanted. Signed the paperwork and left with my car. I would recommend them to all my friends

Saw a car i liked on CL, so i drove 135 miles to QPA in Cuba. I had a trade-in that wasn't perfect but was still a good car. Shawna and i texted information back and forth and pretty much agreed in principal to a deal, so i headed that way. She prepared the paperwork and had it ready for me to sign when i arrived. She did it all. Including arranging the financing... and i have a pretty low credit score. And they were very fair regarding the trade value, sticking to the deal we'd made beforehand. I've bought many cars over the years, and i find it difficult to believe some of these one-star reviews. Some seem emotion-based, others seem like unfortunate occurrences when buying a high mileage car. I've been there. What i find impossible to believe is the notion that these people have a car lot, their own garage and mechanic(s), lot porter, finance/business manager, and the actual owner on site, and intentionally pass off cars that they know are going to break down. So... i drove my new-to-me car 135 miles back home and was impressed. It did great. Also, in an age where 7 year car loans are the norm, I'm glad that in three short years, this ride will be mine. And don't worry - if this review needs to be updated, it will be. Honestly.
