2012 Dodge Journey

Kasandra and Keith were amazing!!, and so was the entire staff.This is the best buying experience and dealership experience I have ever had. I’m a big car guy and was not expecting the service I got since I have been to many many dealers over the years just browsing. This is my first car I bought fully on my own, and judging from the typical Alfa or Masarati dealers, they don’t have the best reputation. This dealer was outstanding though. Everyone was very welcoming and are car enthusiasts. Everyone was very knowledgeable. Super honest and transparent sales approach. Can’t say enough good things about them, I got a full red carpet treatment even though I was buying pre owned. The next day I noticed a gash in the side of the tire that I didn’t see when I bought. They drove to my school and picked it up and replaced the tire free of charge and brought it back. If your looking for any Alfa Romeo or Masarati don’t even bother looking else were and go through these guys.

A few weeks ago, my other half and I had the absolute privilege of working with Steven and Kassandra - at Faulkner Alfa Romeo/ Maserati in Mechanicsburg, PA. I wasn’t 100% sure what to expect - as we were there to test drive a pre - owned Lexus that we found online. Steven, who I found out was relatively new to the industry, was a perfect gentleman and made buying a very easy decision! He was very informative, easy to talk to, and kept it straightforward. I genuinely enjoyed chatting with him throughout the entire process. Kassandra is probably one of the coolest f&i / new car sales mgrs that I’ve ever met!! She is just a lovely person to work with inside and out.. and it takes a true Queen to be a boss in that world. I’m not going to lie - the f&i office is usually the part of the whole deal that I dread the most ???????? but she made it fun!!! I also learned a lot about Alpha Romeo and Maserati while I was there. I think his name was Tim - was above and beyond type great. While we were waiting, he took us on a tour of the dealership - which was completely spotless btw - and showed us the customization center. I was thoroughly impressed by my experience with the staff and as a whole - at this dealer. As someone who has spent over a decade in consulting for the auto industry, I’ve spent plenty of time working with a fair share of dealers all over the country… and I rank them at the top. Thanks!

This was my first visit to Faulkner Alfa Romeo. Multiple staff introduced themselves to me and I felt welcome. I brought a used Alfa that I had purchased elsewhere for an inspection. They did a thorough inspection and worked with me on solutions to issues that arose. I will be returning to Faulkner for my base service center. A particular compliment to Keith, the service manager, for working with me. I’m adding to this review after my 2nd visit to Faulkner Alfa. I returned due to a mechanical issue covered under my Mopar Maxcare warranty. Again, Keith, Adriana, and Lee (parts manager) were all very helpful! I’m working through owning an older, higher mileage Giulia, and they are helping me do so. I appreciate their communication and flexibility in helping me prioritize work that needs to be done.
