A lot of folks don’t understand how wholesale vehicle sales work. Wholesale is in the name. The goal is to get you into a running vehicle as cheap as possible. You cannot be guaranteed that there will not be imperfections in these vehicles. If they spent the cash fixing every last item, the cost would be passed to the consumer up front, destroying the whole concept. They have some miles, and they have some age. It’s natural. No other dealer in the metro consistently sells vehicles under a $3500 range like TBK. We got a much needed Durango for a friend and couldn’t be happier. If you don’t understand some basic auto maintenance, this may not be the place for you. They do allow you to check the vehicle out and test drive it before you leave, so you really do know what to expect after you purchase. You may have to look at a couple to find one that’ll work for you and your budget. Yeah, I know that Caravan caught your attention, but are you willing to understand that they’re on the sensitive side as they age? No problem, take a look at their larger sedans. Those impalas and Buicks are high mileage champs and cheap to fix. No scams here. Just honest, hard working guys doing a great thing. Thank you for helping us out!
Bought a 2002 Buick with 102k miles. Very good car save for rust. Had to replace water pump, serpentine belt, and pulley about a month after we bought it. Did it myself, other than water pump, so work was around $600 altogether. Only get cars off this lot from reputable companies, not some Kia or Hyundai that fails at 150k miles; these are all old cars with higher mileage so they come with their difficulties so buy one that you know can withstand that. Car runs like a beast, thank you very much.
