The sales staff there greeted me immediately and was really informative and transparent and super friendly. Then we got sent over to Duncan to finalize and he went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible. Okay, I’m not going to lie- car dealerships scare the bejesus out of me. I’m a young girl, and I have been to other dealerships before while trying to find my ‘perfect’ car, so I thought that Neil Huffman Honda would be just like all the rest, and try to take advantage of me. I could not have been more wrong. From day one, Bobby was committed to finding the perfect car for me- I never felt pressured or rushed while browsing, and while I had come in with a pretty good idea of what I wanted, he helped me hammer in what would be good for my life style. Next, the no haggling approach that Neil Huffman takes is AWESOME. It saves so much time and mental energy, and once again, I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of by the dealership. They gave me a good price and were able to help find a little bit of wiggle room where I needed it. Finally, Duncan was THE BEST financial advisor that I have ever come across. Once again, I’m a young person and I haven’t had time to build up a credit history just yet. Duncan truly took his time in explaining the finances and process, and how we could bend this car purchase around a little to positively impact my credit score even more than it already could. Duncan made me feel safe and finalized the fact that I was making a good decision. I never felt scammed or taken advantage of- and they offer a fantastic warranty on used cars- I’m incredibly pleased with my experience. And as a bonus!! The actual purchasing of my car took only about two hours, way faster than I was expecting!
