On 14 Feb 2024, I financed a 2010 Chevy Traverse from Carts Auto Sales. My family and I was greeted with a genuine smile and a warm welcome ????... Colton's wife remembered our phone conversation and that made my day. We felt comfortable due to joking around and talking in general. Colton became serious, when he explained the details about the truck before we purchased it. He was honest and then he came down on the price because of a minor radio issue. Great customer service, felt (at home) while waiting for loan to process. Elda worked hard on processing the loan to get us the right lender. Colton made sure the vehicle I picked was infact the one i wanted, and no sales pressure! Very down to earth. I understand that I bought a used car and things will eventually go wrong. But im extremely happy with the vehicle I picked. And the only thing i found wrong will be taken care of courtesy of carts. Vehicle was clean inside and out when purchased.
