Salesman Tod was great, helpful, patient, I was very satisfied with the process. No high pressure, but provided info, shipping dates to help figure out the right timing to get the car when I was ready to buy. Turns out one came in without being spoken for, and the timing was right, so I was able to grab it. CRV Hybrid Sport-L is great car, loving it so far.
