2017 Dodge Journey SXT AWD

Andrew and his crew really seemed to care about giving great service. Unfortunately, the experience started badly because of the bank I was using to finance the car. They had a lot of clerical errors and the application had to go back to the underwriters at least 5 times. I was there at least 3 hours due to this issue. The Decent Ride crew were frustrated and they called the bank on my behalf several times. I had to leave for personal reasons, but ultimately got it worked out and got the car the next day. Andrew really cares and will go the extra mile for you. He seems genuine which is rare with the auto industry. Thank you for your hard work and for the car!

I had a great experience ending my search for the perfect low mileage Audi right here at Decent Rides. This was mostly online process, saw the vehicle in online app, called and had a great conversation with Andrew...then scheduled a remote viewing on what's app. We drove up a few hours for test drive next day. Andrew and Bill were forthright about the issues with the vehicle, and it's history, and lack of history. As we uncovered some issues during the inspection, I was met with respect and curiosity from them, not BS excuses. I found they were very honest ... allowed to me use a scan tool, and allowed a lengthy test drive unescorted. Ohio is a low fee state, made for a transparent deal with no high proprietary dealer fees. $240 for fees including 45 day tag was a good incentive for me. Great inventory, seems like they like to deal in high quality performance vehicles. Used car buying is an art, you have to like it. You are buying something old and it's the ultimate form of buyer be aware. I'm glad I established a relationship here, and will be back for my next project car.
