2012 Dodge Journey SXT AWD

Fell in love with a classic car, made an appointment for a test drive. Mr. Zia was delightful, very informative. I’m a BMW enthusiast, and I know a thing or two about what happens under the hood. At no point did I feel like he was patronising me or trying to pull a fast one. If you’ve lived over half a century in a female body, you’ll understand how much this happens. I plan to keep this car for as long as possible, but won’t think twice about purchasing from here again.

Today I made a purchase of 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer from Sean and to start with, the vehicle was exceptionally clean inside and out and the overall condition of it was impressive for a vehicle 20 years old. It was in great running condition, and had a few minor problems that I pointed out and Sean willing without hesitation said that's not a problem I will get those taken care of right now and instantly got the parts and had his team get it taken care of. His knowledge as a salesperson and mechanic was excellent and he made sure that I was happy with this purchase before I left, even my Uncle who was with me complicated on how good he was and how he was more concerned about his reputation as a dealer than he was about the money. The only reason I'm not giving him 5 star's is because I personally don't believe in perfection as there's none who are perfect, but I will give him 4.5 star's and will highly recommend him and the Sterling team to anyone looking to purchase a good quality used vehicle and it was WELL WORTH the 2 and a half hour drive we made from Blackstone Va. to purchase this vehicle and thus far I'm confident that I can travel safely to Florida without any problems and Thank you Sean for understanding and being patient with me as I was very picky and went over every part of it before I agreed to the deal. Again I say to anyone looking for a good quality vehicle Sterling is by far the best that I've ever dealt with and I've owned a lot of used vehicles in my 40 plus years of driving. Thanks Sean and just in the drive home I love my new Trailblazer.

Purchased my dream car a Nissan 370z from Sterling and the car has met my expectations and I am completely satisfied with the process it took take make it all happen.
