We received exceptional service today from Marcos, who was warm and welcoming. His patience was a Godsend as we looked at Subaru after Subaru, test driving and discussing about 10 different vehicles, total. We found the perfect Subaru; the paperwork was simple; all of the staff chipped in, as multiple customers were in need of service. The gentleman who detailed our new car also took extra care with meticulous detailing. HIGHLY recommend CarFace. It was the smoothest, easiest process we’ve had. Easiest approval process we’ve had. Low monthly payment which is rare these days. Josh was our salesman, he did a great job informing us on the vehicles we were interested in, allowed us to take multiple test drives, and something that stood out to me is we had it narrowed down to 2 vehicles, and he didn’t push us to get the “higher priced” one like most places would do. I believe the finance guys name was Manny, he did his thing with the approval process, he made it really smooth. We had great customer care, everyone was friendly the entire time. Definitely will be coming back the next time we are ready to purchase a vehicle!

We loved working with Carface!! Dylan was our salesman and he went over and beyond to help us! He wasn’t pushy at all, he was very nice and patient with us especially since this was my first time buying a car. He showed us multiple cars over a week and a half time and was very responsive via text or phone call for any of my questions or concerns!! Once we got to financing with Manny, him and his sweet daughter were amazing! So nice, very helpful and informative and he had gotten us approved with a decent rate within minutes! We ended up finding my dream car and am so beyond happy! I would recommend this place and him a million times!!
