I had a wonderful experience purchasing my dream truck!!! We had a mechanical issue but things went very well when we had to sit down and work things out!! This is a great team and a great place to buy a vehicle!!

Lets start with "I generally distrust car salesmen and don't like the car buying experience". Working with Kasey, I was pleasantly surprised with his knowledge of the vehicle, the general market and the very low pressure of his sales pitch. It was the exceptional online listing and information on the used Nissan Frontier pick up that brought us into this car lot. After reading through their extensive listing online, I had very few questions once we actually looked at and drove the vehicle. Kasey and his team worked great with us at looking at financing options. He made no effort to pressure us into purchasing add-ons, extended warranties etc., but did let us know these were available if we had an interest. We did have one very minor issue on closing that Kasey remedied as soon as I pointed it out and apologized for any misunderstanding. With so many options of shopping online, the listing that the Auto Passion Team had posted made a huge difference to us. I was able to determine in advance, that this vehicle was vary fairly priced, and I was happy to find that nothing about the vehicle was misrepresented in the descriptions and photos online. To top it all off, everyone in the office was simply pleasant and friendly.
