Terry was fantastic to work with! He helped me navigate my purchase of a used vehicle with ease. When my check engine light came on due to a minor issue a week after purchasing the vehicle, I dropped by the service center without an appointment and Craig was able to accommodate me very quickly! Went there to look at a truck I saw on the website. I called and scheduled a test drive, and purchased the truck that day. The staff was great, customer service was on point. Terry Brown is an amazing and made our experience great! Thank you for providing wonderful customer care. Plus they honestly have the best touch less car wash around. I legit drive 20 minutes there just to use it!

Bergey’s is a 4 hour drive from our home. We had been trying to order a 2024 GMC Acadia from our local small dealership since they start shipping in April 2024, but they were not allowed an allocation. I finally searched and found the one we wanted already built at Bergey’s. I was concerned some about making a deal long distance and how things would work once we arrived as we would be a one-time customer. However once there they treated us like longtime friends and were very flexible to any request we had. They actually increased our trade in car value once seeing our car. Since being back home they have continued to be very helpful over the phone for any question or request we have made. For us they are a wonderful company,
