Purchased a 2023 F150 Tremor from Cole Ford, and they were fantastic. I live 2 hours away, and sent an inquiry through the chat on their website after seeing they had the vehicle I wanted in stock. Kim responded to me, and we were able to do almost the entire transaction through email. (They could have, but i still wanted to talk on the phone). Kim answered all of my questions promptly. She sent pictures of the vehicle to me, and was able to get me all information needed. She followed up with me every few days and didn't pressure me. They offered to deliver the truck to me, but I decided to pick it up in person. When I got to the dealership, the process couldn't have been more streamlined. They had all the paperwork ready, and never made me feel rushed. I actually took more of their time asking questions about the Bronco Raptor that they had in the showroom. Erwin Kendrick, the General Manager also came to introduce himself and thank us for making the drive. He was very sincere. It was very nice to see a General Manager taking pride in his dealership, and sales professionals. The experience was not what I am used to from Ford Dealers in Metro Detroit. Cole Ford was responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. You don't feel like they are just order takers. Kim Brubaker was my salesperson. She couldn't have been nicer, and I would recommend calling or emailing her if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Amazing. Gordon and Eric were great. I found a car online in the morning and got it later that night. They both stayed after closing to help us, and catered to all of our questions. The process did not feel rushed and I did not feel like it was just another commission for them. They both joked around with my husband and I. Plus while I sat in the customer lounge another sales rep offered me snacks and water complimentary. They truly catered to our needs even outside of buying the car. Plus they are delivering it to our house after it is detailed. I feel like everything we said was taken into consideration and if somebody did not know, they looked for an answer for us. Overall, they made the process easy and stress free. Plus we got a great deal!
