Great costumer service. Abby helped me out very well on purchasing my new Jeep Wrangler Willy’s 4x4ex 2024. I’ve very happy with the purchase and she made me feel at home. Arlene at parts service helped find my sides steps for my jeep. Basically want to thank the whole entire staff. Great doing business at Jack Powell.

Had a oil change rotated tires did their safety check all within an hour Jeep has a 81,000 miles running like a top no problems but getting an appointment took three phone calls then got an email reminding me of my appointment the day of my appointment. I got another email said I was to put in my code and confirm my appointment so I did so in the app did not even move, I don’t know what companies think by going high-tech because it’s not working. I need to be able to get a hold of somebody first call making an appointment and I’ll be there took me a day and a half to get the appointment. go back to the way we did it old-school Utilize your people don’t replace them with electronics you lose customers that way

Great experience - Greg was our salesperson. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to converse with. He put us at ease about the purchase process. We had visited another CDJR dealership and came away feeling like we were dealing with amateurs who did not know their product, nor could they explain the cost breakdown. Greg and the entire staff at Jack Powell gave exceptional service. Highly recommend them to anyone.
