WOW..... Big thanks to the service department. My coach had a broken plumbing line under the kitchen sink under the floor and Brian the service manager and his team stepped up and got me fixed while being booked out a few days. He made me feel that they would do whatever they could to put me back on the road asap! Thanks again I will definitely be referring travelers your way while your in charge!

Well I did something I’ve not done before. Bought a used but expensive RV without having seen it in person! But now that I have taken delivery I am very happy with the RV and the way the entire process was handled!! My sales person was Deborah and she was fabulous throughout the entire sale! She was responsive and very transparent with me about the condition of the RV and instilled confidence that what I was purchasing was as represented in pictures and the description. We had it delivered to Michigan by Alex, a Transwest driver who was outstanding to deal with! I am very pleased with all of the people I dealt with at Transwest from sales to service to delivery! My husband & I met with Lance Ortega at Transwest in Belton, MO. We were very pleased with the service and he paid attention to what we were really interested in, so he knew what to show us. He gave us a lot of info that we did not know. He was very friendly and very thorough. He actually showed us something we were most interested in, but we just can't swing it.
