2024 RAM 3500 Limited 4X4 Mega Cab

Great staff in service & Amanda in cashier. I take my truck here for service and I always feel comfortable with the hospitality and the efforts to work with & accommodate my needs. A big token of appreciation to Amanda at the cashier for being so considerate and not making us go through troubles when we were just a few minutes late for pick up, she made best effort to make sure I could pick up my truck before closing. That is great service that went a long way, for just a few minutes of her and their time. Be back soon!

I had a window replaced as I noticed one of the rear windows was not factory tint. The service department was amazing providing exceptional service. They efficiently fixed my window and ensured everything was to factory standards. I like to thank Max Monroy the service center manager for providing a loner car and keeping me updated on the status, he offered to change my oil as well. I would also like to thank Juan Manso! The gentleman who took on the job to replace the window, he replaced all the door moldings and I could not be happier with the job he did! I Highly recommend their service!

Chris and Dean was very helpful and understanding on what we wanted. And they came through. Just disappointed that we had to trade our 2020 H-cat. Other than that we were satisfied with our purchase and the numbers. These 2 guys went over and beyond to make this deal happen. So thankful.
