2012 RAM 1500 Express 4x4 Regular Cab SWB

I cannot thank Lebanon Auto Sales enough for my new car, especially Scott, the awesome salesman who made it happen! I hadn't purchased a car since my last one in 2001, and I was so stressed because it had been so long. I knew nothing about getting a new car. I was overwhelmed by the entire process. That was until I spoke with Scott and explained how I felt about buying another car. With his 45+ years experience and kind down-to-earth nature, Scott immediately did away with all my worries and made this a breeze. He did all the work necessary so that I could have the car I set my heart on. He did everything he could to make the process easy, simple and stress-free. I would not have this beautiful car if not for him. He dedicated so much extra time to get me a loan that best fit my financial needs. And he had his people deliver my car right to my home because I couldn't get down there to pick it up myself! And for a very reasonable low cost! It only took minutes to sign all the necessary paperwork. Scott made it so easy to do all this over the phone. He had prepared the paperwork all perfectly in order and ready to go for me as he clearly explained everything I needed to know over the phone. I am really impressed with how perfectly on top of everything Scott was as we completed the sale. He absolutely is the best!! I felt so bad for his men that day. It was bitter cold and the wind was brutal, but they patiently held the papers in place so I could sign them. I'm so lucky that the car I wanted was at Lebanon Auto Sales and that Scott was my salesman. I'm not going to anyone else but Lebanon Auto Sales for my car purchasing needs. Lebanon Auto Sales will always be the place I go to for all my car needs/questions. Without making this a book to read, my last car was what brought me into Leb Auto Sales, and they seen me a lot over these last 6+months cause that car was a ticking time bomb basically (I bought that car from a different car lot). Long story short, I knew I was going to have to get another car. Thanks to the help from Leb. Auto Sales and the advice that Jay G. had given me, I recently was able to buy a new car from them that I NEVER thought I’d be able to get! I finally have a vehicle that I know is safe and has no issues. And as a mother that’s a huge relief. I really appreciate everyone there and all they’ve done since I started coming to them. I have nothing but good things to say! Every interaction with them has been great! I tell anyone I know that has car needs/issues etc to go to Lebanon Auto Sales!
