Working with Don and the rest of the staff was great. Everyone was genuinely super friendly. We did lots of research before heading out to different car lots so we went knowing exactly what we wanted to look at. The whole process went smooth. After purchasing the car, we did run into one issue with the car. We called the dealership and they told us to turn around and they would figure out what was going on. The manager came out and explained our options. We could tear up the contract or give them a few more days to inspect the car again. We chose to give them a chance to fix the issue and they did. We have had the car now for 2 weeks and we have had no further issues. We are extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely use Autobasics again in the future.
We purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback here on 12/19/23. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Our salesman was Don, and he was awesome! He answered all our questions and explained everything to us in a friendly manner. Don and Joe really worked hard with us for the approval for our loan. I would recommend them to anyone! We will return in the future.
